U.p. Or Ohsu For Fall 2007?

by NOINU

Hey There, Just Wondering What The Vibe Is On Oregon Nursing Programs. Which Is Better, Ohsu Or U Of P? How Does The Portland Community Look On Grads From Each Program? I Am Trying To Work Out What Is Better, Paying More Per Year At U.p. For Two Years, Or Less Per Year At Ohsu For Three Years? Any Help With This Decision Would Be Great. Thanks!

Well I'm fairly biased as a Uof P student but I say go for UP. The pass rate on the NCLEX is incredibly high. This is a school with a focus on education so you'll find phenomenal educators. Plus UP is ranked in the top ten for regional universities. I could not be happier with the education I have recieved. Plus they have loads of financial aid, seriously loads. Good luck with your nursing school decision.
