Thinking about moving to Oregon

We are both LPNs living in Oklahoma and have been thinking of moving to Oregon. We looked online to see about how much houses are. My question I have is how much is the average hourly pay in OR and is it enough to live comfortably or at least not stress about the bills? We have 4 kids so we need a larger house.

The pay in the Portland metro area ranges from 17-25. But don't expect to get into a hospital around here you might be able to in a rural area though. Mainly only LTC and home health will hire LPN's. Can you live comfortably on LPN wages? It just all depends on your budget but I think everything is reasonably priced and relative to wages.
