southern oregon job prospects

Hi All-My wife and I will be moving to Southern Oregon in the next couple of months ,and I hope that someone may be able to answer some questions about the prospect of employment that might be encountered in that area.My wife will be graduating a program in Las Vegas with her ADN in the 2nd week of Novemeber.She will of course have to pass the NCLEX, and assuming she passes, transfer licensure to Oregon.Now,with the assuption that all goes well in regards to passing,and completeing the Oregonian licensing process,I wonder if anyone might know about the employment prospects for new Grad RNs in the areas of Medford/Ashland/Grants Pass?I will be moving to the area for work myself,and am trying to research as much as possible for her,as she already has so much on her plate,thanks very much in advance for any help.
