Questions about Portland home health

I am interested in getting into home health. Does anyone have an inside scoop on Providence, Legacy, or other home health agencies in the Portland area? Specifically, what is the workload like? Are your days doable or do you often feel overwhelmed? Are you expected to see more pts than is possible in an 8 hour shift? What kind of training were you given? Was it enough? (I have a BSN and 2 years med/surg experience.) Do you work every other weekend? Do you have to take call?

Any info would be appreciated. I think I'll also post this in the home health forum.

Thanks!
