question for the nurses in portland

hi everyone,
i am an international nurse and thought of applying for Oregon board of nursing,can any one tell me how to apply for that.As i am going to write NCLEX exam soon,before that i have to apply in Oregon state board of nursing.Its really very important for me so please can any one tell me detail information on this i will be very thankful to you.
