Portland Hospitals Offering Tuition Repayment?

by icbinb

For some reason I can't seem to find this information anywhere. Does any one know of any Portland area hospitals that offer assistance with student loan repayments if you work for them for a number of years?

Thanks

Adventist does,
If you work there full time for one year they will provide tution reinbursment up to $3,000 per year, also for new grads they will do loan repayment. Over the course of I beleive 3 years I am not sure of the amount.
Providence I know has a Providence scholars program not sure of the details

Providence will pay up to $1500 per year as a FT employee and it's prorated for PT. They also have career track which if your accepted to an approved nursiing school they will cover I think all expenses in exchange for 2 or 3 years of FT employment. Most companies don't advertise that they will reimburse, if you don't ask you won't get it. My advice is to be proactive, call and ask.
