Part-time/weekend/night school programs in Salem, Corvallis area?

My husband is considering finishing his degree in Corvallis. I'm almost done with my pre-requisites for nursing.

We have two boys, one is 3 yrs and one is 6 mths. It's very important to us that a parent is available to care for them instead of daycare. We also hope to homeschool when they reach that age so waiting until they go to school is not really an option.

Are there any night or part-time or weekend nursing school programs, or mostly online classes? I'm open to a lot of options other than the traditional school program schedule.

Thanks for your time.

Yes, we are in California, but we are just here for a season, originally from Nebraska so be nice.

Jen D.
