New LPN - Good LTC facilities in PDX

Any suggestions of good LTC facilities in the Portland and surrounding areas? You know good work settings, good nurse/resident ratios, general satisfaction of employees instead of disgruntled. A good place to go for a new grad. I have heard such horror stories of some places, but I think I will get my best experience working LTC and be able to keep my skills up before I continue on to my RN. Thanks for any pointers!
