New Grads outside Portland

Does anyone know:

-are hospitals in small towns surrounding Portland hiring new grads? (Silverton, Newberg, Willamette Valley Medical Center, etc)

-if so, when is the best time to apply? Do programs start at particular times of year?

The Corvallis area in the Willamete valley is certainly hiring - Good Samaritan has a new grad program/orientation that is about 6 months long and is super supportive of it's new graduates. The hospital is expanding and has great medical care for the size of the area. The critical care department has special training and preceptors for their step down and tele units that are especially sweet. The next internship program starts in January - here is the link for information:
