Linfield College

Did anyone out there apply to Linfield for the 2009-2010 school year? I applied to the summer start ABSN program and am anxiously awaiting their response that should be sent out next week. I just wanted to start a thread for anyone that applied and is waiting to hear back form the school. Good luck everyone!

Hi,

I just got hope super-late from class and studying all day (A & P) and found in my mailbox the acceptance letter from the accelerated nursing program from Linfield!!!

I am so excited I am still a little shaky! Good luck to everyone else waiting and hope to see you there in June or September!!

I am anxiously awaiting their response as well. Does anyone know how many are accepted into their ABSN program?

Congratulations! From reading last years posts, I assumed April 23 would be the big day. That's also what it says on the Linfield website. If we don't get letters by the 23rd does that mean we didn't get in? or will they send out rejection letters? ahhhhhhgh, the waiting is terrible.

Congratulations on getting in! I haven't heard anything yet, but knowing that some people have found out is going to make me even more anxious to hear from them.

I just got my acceptance letter for the Fall 2009 program!! I was thinking we wouldn't find out until April 23 so this was an amazing surprise! I am so excited right now! Congratulations on your letter Amanda!

Don't lose hope Nichelle. There are several people in my cohort that got in off the waitlist and my cohort is much smaller than most. Congrats to the rest of you!! Linfield is a great school.

This summer start cohort will be 60 students. Normally there are 48, but the nursing program got a grant that allowed 12 more students to be added for the summer program.
