Here's the thing:
Yes many students drop out. Why? They aren't prepared for school. They stay out all night drinking and screw around, and then they're ****** off that they weren't prepared for the tests.
Yes the clinicals are different; it's a different country! That is the major problem I see with most students here (yes I go to IUON). They expect St. Kitts to be the United States or Canada. It's not and it never will be. If they would get the hell over themselves and drop some of the famous north american ego, things would be much better.
Yes, there are some issues; it's a new school, they're still working everything out.
I have absolutly no regret about coming here. It's a wonderful island with some of the friendliest people I've ever met inhabiting it.
I guess my point would be: If you are serious and ready to study hard and do a lot of self-learning and self-discovery, then by all means come here. If you plan on treating St. Kitts as a vacation and plan on drinking yourself stupid, then don't bother. You'll only waste your time and money.
