excelsior test sites close to oregon

Hi there! I am a current lpn student that graduates in a few months and am considering the excelsior program. I live in oregon and I am wondering about test sites for the cpne. Do I have to go to the east coast to test? I have read some postings from people that say they tested in texas but have found nothing about that on the excelsior website.
I posted the same question on the distance eduation forum but didn't get much response. Any info I can get would be great.
