Changes at Linfield?

I have a friend who started at Linfield in spring 2008, who says that there are many changes being made that will make the program far easier than it is now. Can anyone who is currently attending attest to this?
Thanks for any info provided, I just want to know what to expect.

I started in Summer 2008 in the accelerated program, your friend and I are currently taking the same courses, then in January my cohort will pass them...

Was your friend any more specific about the changes? This is the first I have heard of changes... I am on Student Government and we usually have a good insight into academic changes.
