Can I practice in WA and OR?

I know I can get an endorsement on my WA license to practice in OR, but can I actually practice in both places at the same time as long as I pay the yearly fees on both? St. Helens is across the bridge from Longview and they both advertise for nurses.

You can maintain as many (different) state licenses are you can qualify for and are willing to pay for. Lots of nurses maintain licenses in more than one state.

What do CNAs do to be licensed in both states? (OR as CNA, WA as NAC)

CNAs do not hold licenses, they hold certification. They need to get the certification from each state.

Suggest that you contact the state to get their requirements. CNAs do not have the same type of national exam that nurses have. And therefore there will be different requirements for each state.
