Another Portland, OR RN wanna-be

Hi everyone!

I am a new grad RN, currently working (since August) in a hospital outside Boston, MA on a med-surg floor. For various reasons, I am looking into moving to the Portland, OR area.

I've planned a visit to check out the area for the middle of October.

Any advice on how to make the most of the visit-job hunt/networking wise? I've tried applying online to places without much luck.
