Is it worth getting a Masters in Nurse Management?

Currently I'm an RN (BSN) and have been working a couple months in the OR. I would love to get back into school but don't know which route to take for my masters. I know that I don't care to pursue the teaching side of it all which is why I'm leaning toward Management. After reading some threads it almost seems like you move up in the OR ladder simply by how long you have been on the unit. Where Im working a lot of people do not have there masters-a couple have CNOR (which I will eventually drive for) but for right now and wanting to get back into school is this masters program worth it?
just thought i'd pick some brains :-)
