    Hi all,

    I was wondering if anyone had any specific information regarding a new grad pay scale/rate for an OR nurse (right out of school) in the Boston area. I was offered a position, and I have nothing to compare it to. Thanks

    I don't know about pay for specialty new grad RN's, but I'm pretty sure new grad RN's in the Boston area generally make maybe $27/hr give or take. I just accepted a position in Peabody for a little less than that, so the pay grade increases the closer you get to Boston.

    Thanks yep it is 27/hr. I feel that with specialty they are already paying more for training so it is all worth it. No weekends, no holidays, no on call, I can't complain. Grateful
