CNOR study groups

I am currently studying for CNOR certification. To better prepare myself, I am looking for a study class/group that I can attend. I have the materials but I would like to physically attend a class or study group to help reinforce the content. Anyone know of any hospitals or organizations offering this type of class near the Philadelphia or Wilmington area? Anyone with any suggestions on how to prepare for this exam would be appreciated.
