Has anyone has any status changes on their application? Mine still says "forwarded to admissions committee for review". I noticed that on last year's thread around this time people's application status started changing to "faculty screener" meaning their application had begun to be reviewed. Just wondering if anyone has seen any progress!

I just found out today I was accepted into the summer 2017 ABSN program. Fingers crossed you find out soon!

Congratulations rmcca001! Can I ask when you applied and what are your stats? Trying to get an idea of what chances I have of getting in if any. Congrats again!

I submitted by application early August, however didn't take the TEAS until mid September so it didn't go into review until then. My GPA from previous bachelors program was in the low 3's but my pre requisite gpa was close to a 4.0. TEAS reading 88 math 92. I was really worried because I have absolutely no medical experience. I heard they take a good mix of people grade wise and experience wise, so don't get discouraged if what got me in isn't what you have.

Did you happen to notice if your application status changed before you heard about a decision? I read on last year's thread that "Application has been forwarded to admissions committee for review" changed to "Faculty Screener #" to indicate that their application was being reviewed. Mine hasn't changed yet so I'm wondering if you had that change. I hate not knowing when I will hear back!

I just got accepted today! My situation is similar to yours rmcaa001 but you have higher grades. keb809 my status didn't change at all really and its only changed since they sent me a decision. Good luck!

Does the checklist only appear on the application after you've been accepted?

yeah- the checklist is mentioned on the page that you access through a link in the decision letter.

Thanks! I had a 3.6 in my undergrad, and a 4.0 for pre-reqs. My TEAS scores were only ok- around 90.

when did you submit your application? I submitted at the end of October so I wonder how much longer I will have to wait?
