Yes, I have! I contacted her at the end of December. I finished my motivational statement and LORs, just waiting to be scheduled for MEPS and have my 2 interviews.

Yes. I contacted by him about a month ago. But I'm waiting on more paper work to go through because I'm also a reservist. I'm the the Fort Lauderdale area and in my first semester of nursing school.

Ohh ok cool. Are you in the reserves in a field/divison other than nursing? (

Yea I'm enlisted. Nurses are officers. My rate (job) is IT. I've been a reservist since 2013 and prior to that I was active duty for 4 years. I joined the military right after high school.

Hey! I went to MEPS on Friday, everything went well (that was quite the experience), just waiting for my lab results to officially clear. I signed the papers to start my background check. My recruiter is going to get my interviews set up within the next few weeks. And I asked my school advisor to sign the degree completion plan, so I'm almost done! I start my first semester of school in June tho. It's been interesting to do all of this stuff when I havent even started school yet.

How is it going for you? Do you have to do the whole MEPS ordeal over again even though you're reserves?

I have a long way to go lol I started my labs last week and completed the chest X-rays. Unfortunately, I will need to go to meps. Did you want to exchange numbers? It's easier for me. I'll message you.
