LPN with Bachelors

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

I just need some advice on what to do. I wanna get into nursing but find that it's hard to decide what route to take. I'm interested in DePaul's MENP and Loyola's ABSN but both have so much pre requisite that overwhelms me. I wanna start with an LPN program at Northbrook College of Healthcare, problem is I'm reading mixed reviews about being an LPN and how it's hard to find a decent job, and that only RNs and BSNs are getting hired nowadays. Is it better for me to finish the prereqs and get started on an MENP or ABSN

program then? I'm a mom of 2

kids aged 5 and 3 and was worried about how to fit programs too, but I really wanna start working towards my goal.Any advice would be much appreciated.
