Bryant & Stratton College, Richmond nursing

I would avoid attending B&S all together. We have a couple here in Wisconsin. Their standards are much lower than other colleges. A passing grade is 70 percent as opposed to the technical colleges and 4 year universities which is 80 percent. Not only that, they are extremely expensive and if you don't graduate, you're still stuck with the debt. Accreditation is also an issue. I have a friend who was in her last semester of the LPN program and she found out that they are only a candidate for accreditation. Beware.

The one in Richmond is accredited (ACEN) and they require an 80 or above to pass. I'm too worried about those issues with the Richmond, VA one because they haven't had any issues with their accreditation and there passing rate is above 95% with NCLEX. I just really want to see what to expect. Thank you though! I appreciate it!

I'm starting in May 2018. I just did the placement test and paperwork.

they are fully accredited in va and nationally. if you haven't taken the teas test def get the study guide def practice the free tests online. they are very helpful. if you have any questions def talk to your admissions person everyone seems super helpful. good luck

I actually go to school here now! I took the teas test like two days after meeting with an advisor and then submitted my application after passing. So far, the program has been wonderful for me and definitely one of the best decision I've made. Good luck, you got this!!

I just met with an advisor and am planning on taking the TEAS in May 2018, So far everyone has been pleasant and encouraging. The only bad thing I heard about this school was on here from a previous post. But me personally I feel its what you put into your education is what you get out of it. I became a CNA at age 22 and LPN at age 38 and now at 47 trying to get my RN. Nursing is a wonderful field of work and I plan to keep going no matter what gets in my way.

I recently started at the Solon campus in OH. As long as you do well you don't have to worry about not passing or paying back debt! Let me know how your experience is going. Mine seems to be okay so far.

@Drp27910 Hi! I graduated from this school in April 2019! I loved the program. Of course like every program, there were certain things that I wish they would change but I definitely felt like most of the instructors were helpful and amazing and I passed the NCLEX my first time! Good luck!
