Best Way to obtain BSN

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

I am currently taking prerequisite classes at a community college such as A&P I & II, Micro, Chemistry, Nutrition, and Lifespan. I graduated from LPN school, but unfortunately it was not accredited nor I never got my state licenses. However, I do have my bachelor's in another subject. (Hotel/Restaurant Management). I am trying to figure out the best way to get my BSN. Most BSN online schools look like you have to have your RN already. Should I find a school who has a BSN program on campus & if so will they take me? Or should I finish up with ADN classes then continue? I am also looking to finish my program in another state. I currently live in Ohio and wanting to move to South Carolina. So, I am researching this to make the best decision on a school in another state. Thanks!

Medical University of South Carolina has an accelerated BSN program for people who already hold a non-nursing Bachelor's degree and want to become nurses. Maybe that is a possibility for you.

I'll look into it. Thank you!
