advice please

Just got accepted to Drexel and scheduled to start Fall 2012. Having second thoughts due to my age ( 58 ) I would love to do the program for my personal satisfaction. However when I finish I will be 60. If I am getting my BSN so that I can get another job I am thinking who would hire a 60 year old. Also if I get money from my work, tuition assistance, I have to stay there and work 2 -4 years depending on how much money they give me. If that is the case I won't be going anywere with my BSN. Since my place of work usually promotes from within and I am already in a management position why am I putting all this financial burden on myself. Help..... advice please....
