    Can anyone please tell me what an e-flap is? I took care of a pt with one the other day and tried to google it with no results. I work nights, so unfortunately I don't have any docs around to pull aside and ask. TIA!

    I don't know that term. A Trans-flap is a breast reconstruction technique where they use abdominal muscle instead of implants. Was it that?
