Taxotere skin reactions

Anyone having trouble with Taxotere lately?

We had a run of reactions requiring Benadryl and Solumedrol. We had 4 in 2 weeks which is rare.

Also I've had a couple of patients present with localized skin reactions appearing 7-10 days after treatment. One I started the IV and I know there was no extravasation (and it was more along the vein path like a flare). I can't say for 100% that the other's were not leakage but there is no documentation to such.

Just curious.
