shortage of decadron-any alternative?

I am sure you have all heard by now that decadron is no longer being manufactured (at least for now). We use decadron along with Zofran or Kytril for its anti-nausea effect. Is anyone using any other type of steroid (ie solumedrol)for prevention or reduction of nausea? And if so, can you provide me with literature to back up its effectiveness? Thank you! JOY
