outpatient chemo infusion clinic Rn pay rate

Hello everyone,
I wonder if RN gets less pay at outpatient chemo clinic around San Jose, CA area. Do they get more on the floor ( hospital)?
any thoughts?? please..
I am going to interview for out patient clinic next week. I have no clues how much Rn get at out patient chemo clinic.

Hi Rosey,
I think it might depend on whether the clinic is connected with a hospital. I work in an outpatient clinic that is part of a hospital, so the pay scale is the same.

I am in the central valley and I do believe there is a big difference between private outpatient chemo centers and hospital based chemo centers. As for me (I had no chemo experience but infusion experience), I took a $11.+ decrease in my wage. I did this to get the chemo experience.
