Oncology Nurse Navigator

oh my gosh I love my breast health navigator, she is an educator and a comforter! she calls me at least twice a week. She is also my advocate and makes sure that the appointments I need are made and that I wont get lost in the stess of a new cancer diagnosis.
She gave me an info packed and went over my diagnosis with me, as much as she can since she is not my doctor, and has talked to me about time lines etc. I feel more confident in my outcome knowing that someone with her kind of knowledge is advocating and keeping tabs on my cancer treatment.
