Oncology 101 help

Know any good reading for new grad oncology RN's? I am fairly familiar with a good deal of things, but I need help with some info such as.....when can I expect patient's counts to go down, what should I be looking for to head off trouble before it happens, typical plan of care etc. I guess I'm just feeling overwhelmed, as if I'm always overlooking something I should be catching. I need a good resource or guide to refresh me. Any thoughts?

Thanks so much.
