Onco or Hospice

Hello all. Let me start of by saying I'm a new CNA. I recently had interviews with a major Cancer treatment center and well known Hospice facility. I truly would enjoy working both but want to get any feedback and opinions as to which way to go.
The cancer center is state of the art and I would get cross trained in medsurg/chemo/post op/in patient etc.
The Hospice also specializes in palliative care and peds. I like the idea of eventually working with children so this interests me a lot.
Both positions would be part time as I'm in nursing school. I would like any suggestions how to say thanks but no thanks but in a manner that would keep the door open in the future.
I was able to able to land interviews by "knowing" someone at both locations.. So this adds something else to the mix??

I would go with the Oncology side because it sounds like there is more of an opportunity to be cross trained.

But just my two cents. Go with your heart. They are both good opportunities.
