New to Oncology...Need Advice!

Hi all,
I am new to this forum as I am moving to oncology from critical care. I have just been offered a position at a wonderful outpatient practice. I wanted to see if anyone has good advice as to how to prepare for this specialty as well as chemotherapy administration. Any good articles/books to read? All thoughts and comments are greatly appreciated!
