New Grad Oncology questions

Hi everyone. I have some questions regarding Oncology.
I would like to eventually end up in Pediatrics.

I was wondering if anyone can share their new grad experiences on an adult oncology floor. What did you find the most challenging about your first year? What skills should I work on perfecting?

Is the environment similar to a crazy busy med-surg floor, or is it different?

As an oncology nurse, do you feel it is a good specialty to go into as a new grad? Or will I be limiting myself.

In your experience or by what you have seen, is it relatively easy to transfer to Pediatric oncology down the road?
