Masters level CNS vs. DNP CNS vs. Nurse Practitioner

  1. 0 Hello! I'm currently an RN BSN OCN, but plan to further my career down the road. I'm not sure Nurse Practitioner is for me. I may not want that much responsibility on my shoulders. Are there any CNS programs around Missouri that are NOT at a doctorate level? Mizzou offers DNP CNS part time, but it will take 6 years to complete. I'd really like a program where I can specialize in Oncology at the masters level. Suggestions? Are there any options other than a general MSN with AOCNS certification?
