I work on an inpatient hematology/ oncology unit, we mainly see patients with leukemia and lymphoma. I'm finally now at the point (~9 months in) that I actually am not quite drowning anymore and I want to learn more. Could anyone recommend any books or other helpful resources? i know the basics, but just want to dive a little deeper-- but not quite ready for MD level. There are so many books out there, I don't know quite where to start.

This is a real area of interest for me. I'm hoping that you receive some responses because I also would like to hear about some good resources in this area

ONS has published a Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Guidelines and Recommendations for Practice book. It was our "oncology bible" when I was in the chemo course. It has everything from information on chemotherapy drugs to management of side effects to VADs to ...well, you get the idea. It's at least something to consider.
Here's a link to ONS's "esource" store. There are lots of choices here as well and any of these books would be excellent resources.
