Case

Hi guys and girls, as I am new in this field I have a case and I am really badly struggling with it, kindly any expert nurse help me .

The case is:

Suzanne (not a real name) is a 67 year old woman admitted with breast cancer with known bony metastases and recent fracture left clavicle following a fall at home. Medications; Bonephos, morphine, Arimidex Admit for pain control, review chemistry, Full Blood count, review x ray left clavicle, RT referral.

What are the critical 4 question I may ask the patient and why, to plan the care as the doctor didn't have enough time to make note.

Hope to hear from anyone soon
