benchmark for staffing outpt. oncology units

Would appreciate systems used to justify nursing hours in an ambulatory cancer center.
Literature is limited on benchmarking for staffing. Does anyone have an acuity system in place for this purpose...thanks!

I am also interested in this. Since no one else has replied, what system are you currently using to justify hours in this setting?

I am not sure what you mean..as to justify hours in this setting.. I currently work in an outpaient oncology clinic within our hospital..ask me if I can help you..I will answer whatever I can..
