administrating IV-chemo


I'm looking for information about safety measures when administrating IV-chemotherapeutic agents. This may document our in-hospital discussion: which agents should be given in strictly controlled circumstances (e.g. volumetric pump) and which should not? Overall (new?) insights on general safety measures are also welcome.
