What schools have an LPN program?

  1. I'm wanting to get my LPN but I can't find any straight answers on what schools have an LPN program. Most of my searches turn up LPN-RN programs but theres no info on how to get your LPN.

Anyway, what schools in the OKC area have certified LPN programs? Where did you go in the OKC area to get your LPN?

Your best places to go are the Vo-Tech schools (Metro-Tech, Canadian Valley or Frances Tuttle). LPN is not a college based program, but a vocational program. A state V0-Tech is usually certified.
Good luck and consider starting on your pre-reqs for you RN!:smiletea2:

Usually your state board of nursing website is a great place to check for a list of programs. Here are names/contacts for approved LPN programs for Oklahoma:

Call your state's board of nursing or peruse their website, as they'll surely have a list of LPN schools that are specifically state-approved. Good luck with your search for an LPN program!
