    Can anyone tell me what is the base pay for RN with 3 yrs experience in Tulsa area? Also, if anyone works at St. John or St. Francis what are you night/weekend differentials? I will be moving from Houston and just want to know what I should expect. Thanks!

    Base pay plus clinical ladder at your experience (which both hospitals you mentioned have) will probably be around $22-24/hr.

    Shift differentials are $4/hr from 3-11 and $4.25 from 11-7. Weekend shift diffs are $2/hr.

    Last I knew, St. Francis had a weekend option plan where one can earn an additional $7/hr, up to 24 hours, if a person works every weekend. Don't know if St. John does or not.
