Before my questions, let me provide a brief professional background: I have over 3 years of nursing experience working at The George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC., of which one year is ICU. I have an upcoming interview at rse at St. Johns Medical Center. Now, For the questions: 1. What kind of salary (hourly/yearly) should I expect working in the ICU in Tulsa? Intellectually, I know it will be no match to DC salaries, as the cost of living is much less in Tulsa. Question 2. How does St. Johns Medical Center compare to St. Francis, or other similar hospitals in Tulsa in regards to work environments, staffing, politics. Your input is greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance! Cheers!
