Hello I was wondering if anyone else on her is starting the OSU nursing program in September '13? Also from people who have been through the program, what did you think about it? Any helpful tips? Thank you for your time!
Went through the program after already completing a BA in another area. The programs was going through transition at the time, but still was more than adequate in content and teaching ability by teachers/professors. Some are MSN other are still working towards MAN for education, but it is an ADN program. Most people from my class passed NCLEX without difficulty first time. I think one out of thirty didn't pass first time. Good program, but those who excelled in my class had hospital experience prior and/or during the program.
I graduated spring 2012, currently work in one of three main hospital's ED in Tulsa.
Hope this helps, let me know if you have any more questions.
