NICU at baptist okc

Hello everyone,
I am so nervous right now. I have an interview with the NICU at Baptist Hospital.I really want to work in NICU I have never had any experience as a RN. I just passed my Boards so if I get this job, it will be my first I was wondering if you all knew of anyone that has worked in this department and how the nurseatient ratio is? Is the staff good to employees, does baptist offer sign on bonuses, and are the benefits good? thanks so much for all of your help!!
