by mpoole22 Mar 15, '10I'll be a RN new grad in May and will be moving to Oklahoma. Is Integris the only hospital system in OKC that offers a New Grad/ Residency Program? Or do others. I will be living in Norman. Any information would help.

Hope this helps! - Mar 25, '10 by marilynmomI worked as a new grad at OU Medical Center in the ICU. I had 12 weeks of training (including classroom and on the floor with my RN preceptor) before I was on my own (started with more stable patients and progressed), to me 12 weeks was fine. I think most every hospital has some type of new grad program.
