Is anyone taking this course ?

I'm going to take this course during Spring 3rd session.

I'm taking 2 pre req courses at Cincinnati State (semester version) which are way easy, and I feel like I can fit another one in. Just wondering how much work this one is.

Cincinursemary, What are you taking at Cincinnati State? I have a few pre req's I still need as well and Cinci Sate would be a good option for me.

I'm taking Nutrition and Freshman Composition. Both on line. way easy. Composition is most time consuming of the 2. They have 2 nutrition courses, I'm taking DT 120. Its in the 15 week semester, but is easy to take with something else.

Thanks Cincinursemary, do you have to take chemistry? Chemistry and statistics are the two that make me nervous. Not sure if I can do stats online.

Yes I still have to take chemistry. I am dreading it too. Not sure when I will take it.

I registered to take this class, third session of spring 2013 semester. I received an email for the professor in regard to the content and course work that you might find helpful: "Your assignments will include two discussion boards per week and two written assignments. There will be a mid-term and a final that will be completed online." Hope this helps those of you trying to make decisions. Personally, I might drop and take it another time. I'm thinking that it might be too much with another class.

I'm taking Global Health starting in 2 weeks. Sounds like it will not be a paper every week. Glad to hear that.

Keep me posted. It's offered this summer and I'm trying to decide if I should take this class or Cultural Anthropology for my cross-cultural requirements.

I will be starting this class next week 2/18. I ordered the book through bookrenters.com. Two discussion boards with three responses each, plus two assignments each week seems to be a little too much. There is also a midterm and a final. I hope the professor works with us. This is just way too much.

I emailed the professor to see if the provides study guides for the tests considering so much work is involved. She said we will see. I hope she is willing to work with us. Way too much involved. Actually thinking about dropping it.
