I have 9 kids so my family covers most age groups.I think in week 2 there was a statement from my TA that said we were supposed to do a person from each age group, ie a different patient each week.
then there was an announcement that said if you use the same person you don't have to send in another consent, so maybe we don't have to.
Nothing is consistent with this course and nothing is clear. - Nov 21, '12 by jw_2012For the groups that got the revised form, are you filling in the blanks or writing them out in a narrative. It seems like filling in the blanks is silly, but if we do the top half in a narrative like in the example, we will have to write another narrative...I am so confused with something that should be simple
