    I know what you mean. I'm not even doing a table. I have four objectives. That's it. I haven't submitted it because it seems too simple.

    So according to the rubric, we are supposed to have 3-5 objectives, and they are supposed to match HP 2020 goals from Week 1." Objective includes condition, who, performance and criterion"

    Other than that, I guess that is all we need to have for this assignment.

    I know our TA states that you do not need references or make it a formal paper. I think this is just simple assignment for Thanksgiving!!

    Does anyone know what we're really required to do with this head and neck assessment? I work in the operating room and we don't have any of that equipment in there to do assessments. An eye exam? Really? If anyone has any hints, clues, suggestions, please post. Thanks.

    I am doing it both ways like both tables 10-1 and 10-2 seems redundant but I don't care. All I think we may need to state our goal too.

    The directions state to defer those exams when equipment is unavailable.

    When you did that the assignment 2: Did you do it both ways like table 10-1 and then rewrite it in long hand versus a chart like table 10-2? I would ask my TA but would not get a clear answer so asking you guys?

    In regards to health and physical assessment, are we suppose to assess the same patient every week or different patients?

    I think in week 2 there was a statement from my TA that said we were supposed to do a person from each age group, ie a different patient each week.
    then there was an announcement that said if you use the same person you don't have to send in another consent, so maybe we don't have to.

    Nothing is consistent with this course and nothing is clear.
