I got my grades from week 1. Deductions for APA. I never knew that the page number went at the end of the sentence ... and I only have three more classes to take. Go figure! Need to look that one up and revise my APA skills!

All grades are in for me now. Got 25/25 for Assessment.

Got 9/10 for Healthy People. Ironically I did not get marked off for having zero in-text citations. I lost the point for NOT alphabetizing my reference list. HA!

One more comment.

I believe we were told to buy the case studies at the last minute...to satisfy the clinicals that Ohio Board of Nursing is requiring. And, it looks like the lab component in the spring for Nursing 4600 is also going to apply to this as well.

This is an educated guess on my part. If you go to Facebook...RN to BSN Ohio University Academic Outreach you will learn that OHIO BON is now saying that out of state students must have a clinical component. They are no longer admitting students who are not from Ohio, Pennsylvania and a few other states for the RN to BSN program.

So, I think the case studies and the lab component in the spring is allowing already enrolled students to satisfy these NEW conditions that have just occurred in the last two weeks.

Also, this is why so FEW classes have been offered in the Spring. They have lost potentially hundreds of on-line students because of these major changes.

No grades announcement says she has sick kids. Interestingly, there are NO excuses accepted for missing or late assignments. A student had unexpected back surgery and was expected to turn everythng in on time.Grades on Thursday.... doesn't leave much time to learn from our first assignments before second are due........ Double standard if you ask me.

yes, I still only have DB grades posted, and really want the feedback of the other assignments before submitting the new ones. I was happy to see, however, that the grades for the other 2 sessions are actually posted on my DARS. I wasn't expecting to see them until the end of the semester.

I still have not received an "official" final grade for Evidenced Base Nursing that I took in Session 1 for Fall. Guess the TA/prof is waiting till the end of the semester!
