    Looking ahead to week 5 it says to read chapters 8,9 and 11. I have the old book. Does anyone know what cultures those are?

    11 is Applalachians

    Where do we attach the consent form?

    You need to scan the consent and your paper into one file.
    I always scan and save it as a PDF file then attach it.

    There is a place to upload the consent forum under week 5>cultural assessment paper> client consent form.
