Working as an NA after STNA Program

Hi, I was curious as to if anyone has ever or knows a LTCF that allows you to work as a nursing assistant after completing the STNA training program, and before getting state tested? Meaning STNA Preferred but not Required.

Yes, but it depends on the facility. You can work in Ohio as a "test ready" nursing assistant for up to 4 months before having to be state tested.
